HR Offices - Financial Services - Canary Wharf - £50k to £55k

My clients' are a global bank based in Canary Wharf. They currently have a requirement for a HR Officer to join the team. Applications are welcomed from candidates who have operated in a generalist capacity in complex, global, matrix structured organisations regardless of sector experience.

Reporting into a HR Manager this individual will be for supporting and influencing a challenging client group within the organisation the key responsibilities for the individual will be;

- Headcount and business planning
- Employee development
- Appraisal and remuneration
- Specific project work

Ideal candidate for this position will have;

- Experience working at HR Advisor level
- Supported own client group
- Experience working for professional services organisations
- CIPD qualified
- Degree Educated
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage own time and workload
