HR Mobility Advisor

HR MOBILITY ADVISOR - INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY - GLOBAL MOBILITY - TAX - PAYROLL - POLICY - HR - HUMAN RESOURCES

Our client is a FTSE 100 organisation and is looking for a HR International Mobility Advisor to join their team in Feltham on a month contract to provide client HRIM services to assignees and designated businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for end to end HRIM operational service delivery for designated businesses
- Develop and manage relationships with BFHR Managers and advisors in selected businesses
- Ensure services provided effectively to support business needs within the agreed policy and client service framework - offer proactive first level of advice on policy application and cost effectiveness
- Responsible for data management and quality in P3 and for payroll in conjunction with counterparts in other locations

EXPERIENCE:

- Strong client service skills combined with good relationship building skills, developed through experience with large and/or varied expatriate populations
- Demonstrates experience and understanding of the requirement for alignment of HRIM to the needs of the business
- Knowledge of expatriate tax, policy, technology and process and demonstration of data and payroll accuracy
- Experience of working in challenging operational environments across many locations with multiple lines of authority.
- Good practical knowledge of global, regional and local expatriate issues
- Demonstration of data and payroll accuracy
