MI Manager - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract - £55,000 + - Canary Wharf
Our client, one of the most prolific names in the banking industry, seeks an MI Manager for a 1 years Fixed Term Contract position in their Canary Wharf Office. This position Will report into the head of HR, and will have one direct report.
The purpose of this position will be to support the Head of HRMI to provide a first class reward process, together with regular and ad hoc management information to support the wider people agenda for the whole region. The main challenges in this position will involve meeting tight deadlines as set by Global Businesses, HR and Reward particularly during the pay review period. You will need to ensure accuracy and relevance of the data and liaise with local HR teams and wider Global Business and Group teams to ensure a united approach to Compensation and MI.
Key experience required for this position will include EXCELLENT PC skills ()Advanced excel, pivot tables, macros etc), preferably a prior working knowledge of Peoplesoft, and be highly numerate.
The ideal candidate will be able to face off to senior members of the business, and have proven excellent relationship management skills.
