HR MI Delivery Lead

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Allegis Group Services are the onsite recruitment partner at RBS and manage all contract and temporary opportunities for RBS M provide Critical Analysis and Insight to the HR and Business Stakeholders; supervise direct reports and their activities effectively, including effective record keeping and documentation of key people issues and more.

COMPETENCIES:

You will have previous work experience in MI Reporting in investment banking, ideally within HR. Previous people management experience is also required together with advanced Excel, analytical and data manipulation skills.
