HR MI Analyst Contract £250-350 per day

My client, a market leading financial services institution is looking for a Hr Mi Analyst to join an exciting project based in Leeds

RATE: £250-350

DURATION: 2 Month contract

Role

Development and implementation of analytics of the workforce working with key stakeholders in resourcing, finance and procurement as well as the workforce planning and analytics team

Ensure analytics are robust and consistent with those used elsewhere in the organisation

Define and develop MI requirements which can be fulfilled efficiently by Retail HR FTE & Organisational Design Team and the broader Retail HR Ops & Change Team

Develop a centre of MI excellence, coaching and educating stakeholders in effective use of MI received and utilisation of the MI systems available

Take an active lead in the standardisation of reporting across Retail HR leveraging technology to drive continuous production improvements and maximise efficiency through the use of tools such as Excel/Access/SQL to streamline existing processes.

Ensure reconciliations are automated where possible and scheduled thereby requiring minimal ongoing FTE interaction/maintenance

Take responsibility for minimising the number of reporting touch-points and systems to increase the accuracy and integrity of the reporting

Perform root cause analysis on issues that arise, ensuring findings are communicated and recommendations for improvement are made.

Create clear process documents that remove single points of knowledge in the team.

Share technical best practice with other member of the team.
