Providing excellent customer service and being experts in their field, my client is one of the most trusted brands in the UK. They are now looking to recruit a HR MI Analyst to join their team.

Key Accountabilities:
*Responsible for the delivery and continual development of the suite of HR performance reports for the senior leadership team that inform and influence business.
*Carry out the full range of MI reporting for the HR function
*Work on specific reporting requests as required
*Assist in running key HR processes such as pay review
*Work as a member of the HR Team and to provide project support as required
*Direct line management for one member of staff
*Involvement in large scale ad hoc projects

Key Skills and Experience:
*Highly competent in the use of one or more HR IS System
*Must have experience of the development and provision of MI and reporting to senior audiences in blue chip organisations
*Adept with numerical and financial information
*Analyse data and identify trends/issues and key highlights/lowlights which need to be raised
*Strong credible impact, with the ability to influence at senior levels
*Experience of people management
