HR MI Analyst

My client seeks a HRMI Analyst for a AVP level role in a leading Investment Bank in Canary Wharf. This role will be a permanent part of the MI Reporting team and will support an international unit.

The role will involve running regular scheduled reports and servicing ad hoc requests as and when required. Similarly, the successful candidate will undertake analysis and commentary on data to offer insight for internal clients, and will be responsible for client relationship management with clients in HR operations, HR Business Partners and Business teams.

Necessary experience required for this position will involve experience performing a senior analyst position within the financial services, and proven experience working with HR data.

Strong SQL querying skills and techniques, advanced MS Excel (Including Pivot Tables, Look-Ups, Graphs & Charts) and SAP HR experience is necessary.
