Our client is in search of a HR Manager to join their team in Swindon. They are looking for someone with a solid background in HR to take on the responsibility of managing the HR Transaction Centre which provides transactional HR services to the business such as Resourcing, Reporting, Learning & Development and General Administration. The contract will be for 6 months and the daily rate on offer is £300 - £350.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The delivery of transactional HR services to circular 12,000 employees.
- Responsibility for working closely with the HR Contact Centre to ensure timely delivery of HR services and the development of services.
- Responsibility for the delivery of process improvements to deliver a seamless customer experience and service excellence.
- Managing a team of approx. 25 employees through 3 direct reports responsible for Resourcing administration, Reporting & Learning and General Admin.
