IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Responsible of the personal administration for the entire company (Consultants, Business Managers, Technical Direction and Support Functions)
-Organize the structure and tasks of a personal administration team of seven 7 people
-Ensure the reliability of support provided (accuracy of datas/information communicated, accuracy of payroll datas, respect of deadlines) by implementing monitoring tools and KPIs
-Active advice and support of the executives in all personal-relevant topics and constructive cooperation
-Implementation of business driven HR reporting (headcount, salary, turnover, statistics)
-Organization of internal and external trainings
-HR development for support function population
-Occupational health management
-Ensure labour law compliance and internal processes/rules
-Responsible for all operational issues in the fields of labor law and collective bargaining, as well as social insurance and payroll
-Focal Point for the quality department in processes and procedures
-Trustworthy collaboration with employee representatives
-Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and the Executive Board
-Miscellaneous projects (mergers and acquisitions, systems implementation)
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Significant experience or recognized management experience with strong delivery and result orientation
-Profound knowledge of personnel and labor law
-IT-affinity
-Proactive, enforceable, flexible
-Teamwork and communication skills
-Very good knowledge in English
