HR Manager, HR Support, West Midlands 220 per day

HR MANAGER/ADVISOR REQUIRED FOR NHS ENGLAND BASED IN STAFFORDSHIRE (OR POSSIBLY WEST BROMWICH OFFICE IF LOCAL TO THAT AREA)

Essential experience: must be CIPD qualified, general NHS experience necessary working strategically within a client setting or directorate.CDG experience and LD knowledge would be desirableThis Human Resource role main duties and responsibilities will be to provide HR insight and input into the development of business strategy, including responsibility for the delivery of HR strategy in line with operational business needs; supporting managers in enhancing business performance through improving the performance, capability and motivation of its people. Able to provide the HR expertise to projects, identifying and own HR best practice on behalf of the business and to support the delivery of strategic and operational HR to CCG clients and internal CSU management.

THIS ROLE WILL BE BASED IN STAFFORDSHIRE SUPPORTING THE SURROUNDING CLINICAL COMMISSIONING GROUP FOR 3 MONTHS AT A RATE OF 220 PER DAY WITH A POSSIBILITY TO EXTEND; SOME TRAVEL WILL BE REQUIRED.
