Leading Financial Services Company is seeking an experienced HR Manager/HR Business partner to provide HR change support and HR BAU expertise on a large Business Transformation Programme.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide HR advice and reference point for HR queries 
- Implement HR policy
- Develop, interpret and implement processes to support the delivery of projects
- Deliver technical advice and guidance
- Deliver agreed projects on time and within budget
- Manage and minimise operational and people risks 

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- HR Manager/HR Business Partner - Talent Management, LD, Employment Law etc
- Financial Services
- Business Change/Organisational Design
