- Managing payroll department
- Ensuring data management in the relevant IT systems and ensuring the timely preparation and provision of statistics, reports and other information
- Creating and possibly changing position descriptions, organization and implementation of the grading of positions
- Providing salary benchmark data
- Planning, management and support as well as evaluation of direct reports
- Regular inspection, adjustment and documentation of processes
- Preparation of KPIs and data and general administration work Implement Leica Global and EU processes in Germany

- Participate in global projects or lead them

- Experience in staff deployment
- Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
