HR Manager with experience of implementing HR systems, HR administration, current HR legislation and who is CIPD qualified is required by a leading company based in Cambridge. You must has some HR consulting or management experience and ideally have been in a senior HR executive or HR Manager role previously.

I am looking for a HR Manager who has a proven track record within HR and have worked within fast paced change environments. As a HR Manager you will be required to provide effective and consistent support across the UK and continually promote best practice. Part of your role will be integrating manual HR processes into a different HR system. You will have 2 direct reports and get involved in training, recruitment, administration, HR policies, benefits and give general HRadvice across the business The are a global company so will be leasing with people around the globe from the head office in Cambridge. The HR projects are both exciting and challenging.
