Role: HR Manager
Location: Berkshire
Duration: Initial 6 month contract

FTSE 100 organisation is looking for a HR Manager to join their Berkshire office for an initial 6 month contract.

You will be advising sales and bid teams, managing all HR activities and governance processes through the bid cycle on a range of projects. You will also be responsible for managing transition projects, involving commercial governance and employee consultation.

Essential skills required:
*Good working knowledge of bid cycles and procurement processes
*Up to date TUPE skills
*Excellent communication skills - persuasive and decisive
*Risk management experience
*Experience of leading a large-scale transition

Experience or knowledge of government procurement processes, pensions or project management experience would be an advantage.

The successful candidate should be willing to undergo necessary security clearances.
