My client a leading bank based in Leeds is looking for a HR Manager to join an excreting new project.
What's on offer?
Rate: £250-300 a day
Contract: 8 months
To support programme in Insurance Division
Supporting (Lead HR Bus Partner)
Org Design - helpful to have this experience.
Role Design and Evaluation, Role profiling, helping managers prepare for this. Will get training around processes though. Wants someone to do the leg work for the Lead Business Partner basically.
High capacity, detailed work.
No people responsibility here.
