HR Manager

I have an excellent opportunity for an HR Manager to work for a major company based in Warwick.

HR Manager
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Warwick
Contract Length: 12 Months

Key Purpose for HR Manager:
To provide Case Management policy & employment law related guidance in all Case Management activity and operationally manage complex and multifaceted cases including providing coaching and risk based advice to Managers & HR Colleagues. To ensure policiesto appropriately challenge current ways of working and influence stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and capability through policy deployment
* Experience of leading HR Projects and HR Policy development; implementing change within a large unionised environment
* Experience of working with stakeholders to improve service levels and foster a proactive approach to continuous improvement
* Experience of building effective relationships, advising, influencing and guiding a wide range of Stakeholders and able to establish self as a credible advisor who is sensitive to stakeholder/business needs.
* Experience of training designable to appropriately negotiate and influence outcomes
* Pragmatic in approach and focused on timely and consistent delivery whilst able to juggle competing priorities and adapt to meet tight deadlines
*Experience of lean methodologies, continuous improvement and performance excellence
