My large corporate client is seeking a HR Manager to join their team to lead and direct the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive service to the organisation.
The HR Manager will need to be CIPD certified and have a public sector background.
The skills and experience are as follows:
- CIPD certified
- Must have worked on very large transformation programmes within the public sector eg medical
- Must have experience of working on TUPE and redundancies
- Succession planning and talent pipeline experience
- Experience of coaching managers on performance management issues and ensuring delivery of training requirements
- Prince 2 certified or knowledge of
- Implement new HR policies, procedures and processes.
This is role can be based in London, Reading, Leeds, Manchester or Birmingham.
