HR MANAGER VACANCY

3 months - Immediate Start

LONDON - £200 A DAY

My client an acute trust in London is currently looking for an HR Manager to join their successful team.
The successful candidate will be required to:

- Provide HR advice and support to Trust managers and staff on a wide range of strategic and operational Human Resources Issues
- To assist Trust Managers and staff in the interpretation and implementation of Trust policies and procedures eg Grievance, Disciplinary and Sickness Absence.
- Ts & Cs and employment legislation ensuring the trust complies with the employment legislation and advise Executive Directors and Trust managers on new legislation
- To ensure recruitment and selection service meets with the trust workforce plan
- Responsible for the development and review of Trust's employment policies and procedures, ensuring that they reflect current legislation
- Contribute and lead on specific programmes of work, eg Agenda for Change, ESR and Improving working lives
- Ensure Human Resources meets and reports on performance
- Contribute to the trust workforce plan
- Work with the HR Team to ensure the implementation of the Trust's HR & OD Strategies and action plans

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in providing HR Advice to staff within a public sector organisation, managed multiple tasks, have experience of solving complex HR problems and able to analyse and resolve problems.
