HR MANAGER VACANCY

LONDON - £200 A DAY

My client an acute trust in London is currently looking for an HR Manager to join their successful team.

The successful candidate will be required to:
Provide HR advice and support to Trust managers and staff on a wide range of strategic and operational Human Resources Issues
To assist Trust Managers and staff in the interpretation and implementation of Trust policies and procedures eg Grievance, Disciplinary and Sickness Absence.
T s & C's and employment legislation ensuring the trust complies with the employment legislation and advise Executive Directors and Trust managers on new legislation
To ensure recruitment and selection service meets with the trust workforce plan
Responsible for the development and review of Trust's employment policies and procedures, ensuring that they reflect current legislation
Contribute and lead on specific programmes of work, eg Agenda for Change, ESR and Improving working lives
Ensure Human Resources meets and reports on performance
Contribute to the trust workforce plan
Work with the HR Team to ensure the implementation of the Trust's HR & OD Strategies and action plans

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in providing HR Advice to staff within a public sector organisation, managed multiple tasks, have experience of solving complex HR problems and able to analyse and resolve problems.
