Projektbeschreibung

To implement human resources strategies, tactics and policies which contribute directly to the achievement of business strategies and goals within the CMO business on a global basis.

The role is responsible for providing HR services to approximately 200 employees within that business sector, covering a diverse range of legislation, functions, departments and cultures.

Main Accountabilities:
* Partner with the local, regional and global management teams to understand the key business drivers for the organisation, both locally and globally, and support and accelerate the achievement of business goals and strategic intents
* Maintain an up to date knowledge of the employment framework and legislation across the relevant jurisdictions, acting as the key advisor to management teams and individuals for human resource issues. Provide advice and guidance and counsel managers and employees on HR issues to ensure fair and consistent treatment across the internal community both on a local and geographic basis and to ensure departments are equipped to deal with changing business requirements.
* Partner with the management teams to build resourcing plans based on business needs and support managers in organisation design and development activities
* Identify competency gaps and recommend new roles, role changes or individual development activities to fulfil them
* Define appropriate roles and create job descriptions to support the recruitment, performance management and succession planning processes
* Ensure that the region is appropriately resourced with competent, capable employees and build and maintain the recruitment framework, policies and procedures required to deliver high quality prospective employees to managers within budgets.
* Partner with management teams to identify training and development needs of individuals and teams and work with the central Learning and Development function to plan and subsequently facilitate/deliver or source specific programmes as required
* Partner with management teams to implement appropriate compensation and benefits programmes.
* Work as an internal consultant to individuals and management teams to support them in leading, managing and coping with change across the organisation. Fulfill the role of sounding board, coach and change champion, during the change process, focusing on the impact on people and their roles and changes required to existing business process
* As needed partner with management teams to build and justify an appropriate HR budget, monitor and control the expenditure and provide accurate reporting of spend.
* Lead and facilitate the succession planning process working in conjunction with management teams and the central business HR function to ensure key roles have identified successors with development plans
* Lead the performance management process for the Division ensuring that all managers understand and are skilled to appropriately manage the performance of their employees in line with company International processes
* Maintain an up to date knowledge of HR best practice through liaison with external networks and professional organisations, and with other HR professionals within the business.
* Develop and maintain a good understanding of the business and company International business environment and travel industry trends generally, particularly in the area of human resource management.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Training, Education:
* Graduate or equivalently qualified by experience
* Experience of all HR disciplines, having taken on progressively more responsibility
* Must have a demonstrated track record of strategic thinking and translating business strategies into appropriate HR strategies and tactics
* Proven ability and experience working in a complex, global matrixed organisation
* Strong proven skills in employee relations, internal consulting, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, organisation development and change, performance management systems and succession planning
* Ability to balance the needs of individual employees with the needs of the leaders and the business
* Ability to influence/be credible at all levels of the organisation and challenge senior leaders in an appropriate way to address issues/resolve problems
* Approachable, and able to build affinity and trust at all levels
* Excellent listening and coaching skills to support Directors and below
* Highly organised and demonstrable planning and delivery skills
* Strong facilitation skills with excellent verbal and written communications.
* Ability to present HR messages to all levels of management and employees
* Proven ability to manage change in a complex environment
* Experience with US policies is desired but not essential
* Customer service focused - internally and externally
* Excellent relationship building skills with a good understanding of different cultures and how to work with them to deliver results
* Excellent administration and organisation ability

Context/Environment:
* The incumbent is required to work within a complex, multi-cultural and continuously changing environment with multiple priorities
* Liaison is required with many areas of the company on a global basis
* The incumbent is required to be proactive, prioritise demands and make decisions based on business requirements and strategies
