You will have experience in analysing MI reports and interpreting data to support the decision making process and HR Business Solutions. You will have a mixture of technical knowledge, be good hands on with excel and Business Objects reporting, working in collaboration with the team lead/business. It is essential to have experience in HR data in order to be able to interpret data, prepare reports and good management and supervising skills as you will be managing a small team.
