HR Management Information Analyst

Projektbeschreibung

I am looking to hire a HR Management Information Analyst for our public sector client.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

- Extensive knowledge of creating management information (extracting, manipulation and presentation) and able to deliver it accurately, with insight and to required standards
- Ability to build excellent relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are absorbed, understood and delivered against
- Ability to challenge whether the data requested will provide the right answer
- Creativity, producing new ideas and ways of doing things, combined with an ability to translate these into properly evaluated business propositions, with a plan to deliver
- Understand/know the data and employ techniques to actively identify, investigate and reconcile data when it does not feel right
- Able to identify data issues and/or risks, raise via the appropriate channels and recommend/implement mitigating actions
- Advanced Excel knowledge (v-lookups/pivot tables/conditional formatting/macros) and proficiency in all other Microsoft office applications
- Proven experience with (Oracle V11), Discoverer is very important, BI Reporting and Business Objects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Database
o Responsible for on-going maintenance, data uploading, user maintenance (including advice
o Run discrepancy reports, take appropriate actions on outputs, commission actions from groups on monthly basis;
MI Reports
o Run regular reports in Oracle Discoverer;
o Produce monthly/quarterly reports for Groups on headcount, turnover, absence
o Commission and prepare regular returns for Cabinet Office, ONS etc.
Pay
o Run and distribute regular pay reports from Business Objects;
o Prepare publications as appropriate;
o Prepare ad hoc exit costings.
PQ/FOIs
o Record and distribute all HR PQ/FOIs;
o Prepare draft responses when MI related and secure approval;
o Provide expert advice on PQ/FOI for other team members;
o Provide Press lines on any response with public interest.
Ad hoc
o Information Manager - maintain HR users for DECC Shares and provide advice on use and file structure maintenance;
o OneHR - act as Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for CS website maintain users and providing updates;
o Maintain & develop DECC Reservist action plan including data sharing with MOD, and preparing briefings for Perm Sec etc.
o Maintain & update Business Continuity Plan on regular basis.
