HR Learning & Development Specialist

For a big client of us in The Hague we are looking for an HR learning & development resource to work on a project for 6 months with a chance of extension.

As part of a major reorganization within the HR Function, they have set up a project team focused on capability building for identified focus areas within the HR Function.

This role would be part of the project team and would need to:

1) Lead individual capability building for identified focus areas (following the ADDIE methodology).

2) Work in partnership with functional leads to identify priority learning needs

3) Partner with functional SMEs to develop high-impact learning interventions leveraging the full spectrum of learning methods (on-the-job, blended, coaching/mentoring, classroom, networks, knowledge management, etc).

In this role you will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), external providers, learning designers and event managers.

Skills & requirements:

- Delivering with quick turnaround, while maintaining quality.
- Experience in leading a capability building agenda and track record of delivering impact.
- Performance consulting skills and knowledge of learning design.
- Proven track record of business partnering.
- Excellent communications, influencing and relationship skills (demonstrated at different organizational levels).
- Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong programme and project management.
- Proven ability to multi-task, priorities and adapt/intervene when needed.
- Delivering through subject matter experts and other specialists.
- Track record of independent working and experience of being part of a virtual team.
