Edelway is a Swiss leading services company.
On behalf of our global client based in Zurich we are actively looking for an HR Learning and Development/Events Specialist (English and German speaker) to join them on a 1 years contract.
Start:
ASAP
The role:
*Support the program responsible for training initiatives
*Division Cross-certification program that ensures a high level of competence and compliance with the standards
*Comprehensive technical training and sales and consulting simulations for all functions, from the Assistant Relationship Manager to the management level
*Support for the planning and implementation of training initiatives.
*Training events are organized independently, in close collaboration with the Program Manager and the Administration Team Learning
*detention of relevant data and information in the Learning Management System
*Coordination of activities with representatives of the Learning Administration teams, the key account managers of talent development and the training coordinators in the various front units.
*Optimizing processes, used electronic devices etc. to keep up to date, simplify or improve processes
Your profile:
*Background in HR, Learning and Development, Events Management
*Microsoft Office Suite (esp. Excel)
*Very good knowledge of German and English
*Experience with training programs or Event Management
*Additional language skills in French, Italian or Spanish would be a plus
