IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Act as the authority for system relevant design work with the counterpart in IT
-Support the Program Director in designing the future, long-term HR system architecture that ensures that business needs are met by the right structured HR business architecture
-Develop a business architecture strategy based on HR strategy
-Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the HR function
-Describe the primary business functions of HR and distinguish between automated, self-servicing, support, administrative and consulting business functions
-Support the design of a HR system landscape with its dependencies to other organizations and systems
-Define the data shared across the enterprise and the relationships between those data (HR data model)
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Broad HR background across main HR functions; profound experience with HR function and as HR IT Strategist
-Extensive experience modelling business processes into IT system requirements
-Ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions
-Broad knowledge of HR processes across the HR functions; combined with business process reengineering experience
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English; German is a plus)
-Able to manage senior/executive stakeholders
-Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to deliver pragmatic, high-quality results with tight deadlines
-Extensive international experience working within global matrix organizations and with multiple system providers
-Highly organized and structured work style; demonstrated capabilities in problem solving
