HR/IT PROJECT MANAGER - BELGIUM
LANGUAGES: ENGLISH and DUTCH
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Senior HR IT Project Manager with 6+ years of project management experience and 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical skills, capable of complex reality of technology, reporting requirements, program roadmap to reduce dependencies into a logical and manageable whole
- Experience with Data Warehouse and Reporting in an HR environment
- Experience as a BI analyst is a necessity
- Experience with package implementations, preferably from PeopleSoft, is an asset
- Affinity with both IT and HR, able to build a bridge between business and IT
- Team player
- Results-oriented
- Strong organisational skills and coordinating talent
- Planned
- Pragmatic
- Excellent communication skills
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
- Establishment of an integrated strategy with specific HR KPIs to support the strategic HR plan
- Make changes to the legal entity model and areas of responsibility as well as the introducing new concepts
- Simplifying the current complex reporting landscape discussed
- Current reporting requirements is necessary to determine which of the many existing HR reports ( In BO) require modification
- Establishment of a governance model regarding new applications and amendments to reports and KPIs
- Development of a high-level and detailed project charter bill taking into account the requirements and includes a migration that takes into account the complex roadmap of the C-People program
- Program with many stakeholders and program a complex roadmap
- Work around dependencies within and outside the program (ie program about management information and a program in Finance)
- Technical and functional complexity
