HR IT Architect (English & French Speaker) (h/f)

emagine is seeking an experienced IT architect for our client an international manufacturing organization.
The client is preparing to merge with another company, and requires detailed studies of their current Finance systems and an assessment of potential solutions for separation

Key tasks:

Mapping the landscape of HR application domain
Analyzing needs in conjunction with the teams IS & IT integration projects/Separation
Analyze the impact of various proposed architecture scenarios on the existing HR Information Systems Identify risks and dependencies associated with each architectural scenario
Develop technical architecture targets corresponding to different architecture scenarios selected
Support technical choices that guarantee a level of service at least identical to the existing systems Support technical choices for systems integration in the target application landscape
Depending on the options chosen, recommend adjustments in terms of dimensioning of the technical infrastructure for each application
Depending on the options chosen, recommend appropriate approaches in terms of migration, data archiving and Decommissioning
Depending on the selected scenarios, document the financial impact

Skills and expertise:

Knowledge of HR and Payroll process
Design technical architecture
Experience on projects of integration/separation (merger/acquisition) international dimension
Animation of meetings and work sessions in English English and French

SAP BI Business Intelligence IBM DataStage ETL & 4
Oracle Database
Good knowledge of cloud architectures
