HR INFORMATION SYSTEMS CONSULTANT, CONTRACT, DUBLIN

Are you a senior consultant with substantial experience of evaluating, selecting and implementing HR ERP systems?

If so, this is an ideal opportunity to work on a high profile, executive sponsored project with a dynamic and progressive global organization within the Pharma sector. 

The successful candidate will have led a number of large scale projects to identify an organizations HR requirements, evaluate various ERP solutions, make a recommendation and develop a comprehensive business case to support the recommendation. Candidates should also have extensive experience of project managing the implementation of the recommended solutions.

THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE DESIRABLE
Extensive knowledge of HR business processes.
Experience of large scale systems evaluation projects.
Broad knowledge of HR ERP systems including Peoplesoft and Oracle HR.
Strong communication skills including executive level engagement.
Experience of business case development. 
Experience of delivering complex HR ERP projects.
Knowledge of the Pharma sector would be an advantage.
