HR Information Systems Consultant

My client is looking for a credible and experienced HR Systems Consultant to provide advice, guidance and consultancy for their HRIS systems transformation project.

Due to a number of acquisitions the client has numerous systems and processes globally, with an employee base of 20,000.

This assignment is a 40 day piece of work to help map, understand and guide them on how to connect these systems via a portal solution for the short to medium future.

You will have strong knowledge of HR Information Systems, processes and how these link into HR and users to provide maximum benefit.

You will initially be engaging with stakeholders and leading workshops (international travel required) to scope and capture the requirements within each country.

You will then present the requirements document and options paper to the business ready for approval.

You will have a flexible, engaging style with significant HRIS, process and consultancy experience and be able to demonstrate successful deliveries within similar roles.
