HR Implementation Programme Manager - Workday HCM

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Programme Manager/Director on an initial 9 month interim basis to support a global Workday HCM implementation including several interfaces.

The HR Programme Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery and mobilisation of Workday and will work closely with the implementation partner, HR community and the internal project team to ensure the requirements are aligned to the business and agreed timescales/costs/quality are met.

Building strong relationships and stakeholder management will play an important part of your role. You will also provide support and guidance around new Workday enhancements and releases.

The aim is create a HR system that will be used globally, will create efficiencies and simplify HR processes.

This role requires someone who is entrepreneurial with strong commercial skills and a passion for delivery. Experience of at least 1 full life cycle implementation of Workday is essential.
