HR IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT, HR IS, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, SAP HCM - SUCCESS FACTORS, LONDON

Our client a major Consultancy requires an HR Consultant for an initial 6 month contract based in London.

Highly desirable skills required:

- SuccessFactors product implementation experience, preferably as an implementation consultant, with knowledge of at least two of the following solutions:

o Performance Management,
o Employee Central,
o Succession,
o Learning - Integration skills, such as Dell Boomi and SAP PI
- Prior experience as an HR generalist or technical role
- Prior experience with other HRIS solutions (SAP On-premise, Oracle/PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Lawson/Infor, Workday etc.)
- Experience working with HCM/HRIS/Talent Management systems with full implementation life cycle project experience
- Significant experience of managing multiple projects (preferably involving Cloud based solutions)
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational/time management and negotiation skills.
- Experience having worked as part of a virtual project team
- Demonstrates high professional standards and is a team player.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Stakeholder management experience and expertise

Main Responsibilities:

- Support clients in defining relevant business processes
- Provide business consulting support to customers and facilitate pre-sales discovery meetings
- Plan, follow and deliver every step of the project in line with required project methodology
- Prepare statement of work and support in the creation of the project plan in cooperation with customer's internal project manager SuccessFactors subject matter expert in at least the Core module providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
- Lead process workshops and requirement gathering sessions with the client
- Document and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered bugs
- Support the implementation and take responsibility for the progress of the technical and functional work streams, working closely with HRIS business teams. Where required, act as Team Lead on implementation, motivate, plan and monitor the team' work
- Ensure that the work streams are managed within the parameters laid down by the program' quality plan
- Regularly reporting progress and issues to client on both a formal and informal basis. Identifying any risks and proposing solutions
- Document business requirements and procedures
- Oversee user acceptance experience
- Analyse business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions
- Complete implementation projects within SLA's and with high levels of customer success from the business process, and with high levels of customer satisfaction
