*Support the HR Team providing basic HR service
*Provide first line policy advice to line managers
*Responsible for resolving more complex administrative queries in line with defined SLAs where required support HR team projects or BU sponsored projects - eg mobilisations, resizing projects, recruitment drives
*Production of measures and key business reports as defined
*May demonstrate proficiency in an area of HR specialism eg reward, L&D, Recruitment etc.
*May act as Team Leader, allocating and monitoring workflow within the team
*Works as part of a team
