HR Graduate (Polish Speaking)

On behalf of Hyphens FTSE 100 Insurance client I am looking to recruit a HR Graduate (Polish speaking) for 6 months to be based in either our Reading or Central London office.

Role: HR Quality & Control Support
Duration: 6 months
Location: Reading/Central London
Start Date: ASAP

Job Purpose:
To work in a new exciting team reviewing the quality of people processes across the business.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and tenacious HR Graduate looking for hands on HR experience. Ideally you will have experience working within an HR environment through either an internship/apprenticeship or work experience placement (preferably within a corporate environment).

This opportunity would be perfect for a forward thinking and inquisitive individual who is interested in researching and exploring different HR solutions whilst taking the initiative when evaluating new processes.

Essential Skills:
* HR Degree qualified or equivalent
* Polish speaking
* Strong administration skills
* Excellent keyboard skills and strong Microsoft Word and excel skills
* Excellent organisation and time management skills to prioritise workloads
* Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
