HR Payroll/Global Mobility Specialist

A large telecommunications provider currently require a HR Payroll Specialist to join their expanding team based in Surrey. If you are looking for a new challenge with a leading mobile network provider then this could be the right move for you. The HR payroll Specialist will ideally have good experience with global mobility.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Payroll delivery, complete tax compliance, company insurance, tax and NI liabilities.
* International mobility project to streamline process and optimise, ensure tax and immigration are compliant.
* Support audits.
* Total Reward project support.
* Ensure process are maintained - new starters, reporting

Candidate Skills & Requirements:

* SME - payroll and international mobility
* TUPE awareness of business implications
* Background in HR Operations, Shared Services, Transformation programmes, HR Business Process. Re-engineering
* Aware of ISO controls SOX - quality driven
* SAP and Excel
