HR Global Mobility Specialist

Our Client, a leading international IT services provider who provides integrated design, builds and operates solutions to large multi-national clients requires a HR Global Mobility Specialist for a 6 month contract based in London

Key Deliverable:

o Provides independent advice to key stakeholders on UK immigration compliance, identify and escalate immigration non compliance and assist with ensuring immigration audit readiness

o Responsible for managing the central Mobility mailbox and allocating requests (where required)

o Assist with the on-going activities on the 'ETW' project and work with ERA team/relevant stakeholders for policy amendments, where required

o Co-ordinate annual assignee immigration checks with Peoplepoint

o Assist with implementing change management plan and the new outsourced process across various teams

Required Skills:

1) 3-5 years' generalist Mobility related experience; including the ability to displaying a thorough understanding of the basic rules of end to end assignment management

2) Solid understanding of the basic immigration principles & home/host taxation

3) Proven experience of Resolution management experience
