HR GENERALIST (TUPE, UNIONS) - CONTRACT WORK - COVENTRY

Are you a HR Generalist with experience in working with a TUPE'd in workforce within a unionised setting?? Are you available for contract work in Coventry??

Project People are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Generalist with particular knowledge in TUPE and Unions/working within a unionised setting. You will be supporting a UK based company with a multisite workforce.

We need someone who can consult with the Trade Unions, provide HR support on key transformation initiatives, manage HR projects and activities, work with key stakeholders and deliver change quickly.

You will be responsible for collating, reviewing and analysing data to support the transformation initiatives, managing the leaver process including liaising with line managers. You will proactively partner HR colleagues, support managers in using performance management processes and disciplinaries and grievances.

This position will be based in Coventry however will require occasional travel to other sites across the UK.

Requirements:

- Working knowledge of HR in an operational setting
- Able to work with managers remotely
- Knowledge of SAP
- Must be willing/able to travel to various sites across the UK as and when required
- Ability to work on multiple projects and activities
