HR Generalist (SAP)

HR/HCM/Generalist

Looking for HCM/HR Generalist, experience of working with SAP HR Systems will be key, as you will be part of the team managing the development of the new HR system. .

Experience required:

- Handling day to day HR related issues.
- Participate in the implementation of company-wide HR programs with the rest of the HR Team.
- Experience of SAP HR system
- Monitor compliance with all employment related policies and practices to ensure consistency in administration of policies and practices among employees and managers.
- Member of the SAP HR system project team working on the development of a system which meets the UK HR team's requirements.
- Responsibility for managing the Training process.
- Manage the processing of all leavers by liaising with the business, the individual and HR Operations to ensure a smooth departure.
- Manage ER issues such as grievances and the disciplinary process.
- Monitor and manage probationary periods and related extensions/dismissals.
- Monthly KPI reporting.
- Coordination of the Promotions process.
- Ad hoc HR projects and initiatives.

Length: 9 Months

Location: London (Central)

Rate: Negotiable
