HR Generalist - Netherlands

I am currently recruiting for a HR Generalist to work for a leading telecoms provider in Netherlands on a 6 month contract. (This will be a maternity cover contract)

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Mainly, you will be supporting the HR manager. Your main tasks will be ensuring compliance and advising and supporting Line Managers and HR Business Partners on people related challenges. Often, these challenges are system-related, so a profound knowledge of MS Office and SAP are preferred. It will be your task to implement HR processes, tools, programs, practices, people strategies and solutions. Furthermore, you be facilitating local execution of organizational change initiatives and programs.

REQUIREMENTS

- A Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field is required;
- 5 years working experience in an HR generalist function or related;
- Fluent/Native Dutch speaker;
- Good verbal
- Willing to travel throughout the Netherlands. You will be working 2 or 3 days a week at the office in Maastricht and 2 or 3 days a week at the office in Rijen (which is the main office). Travelling to the office in Sliedrecht on an occasional basis might also be needed as requested;
- Profound knowledge of Dutch labor law;
- You are able to work independently;
- Used to work in a highly complex international organization;
- Experienced to work in a technical oriented environment;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel) and SAP is preferred.
