HR Generalist (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Provide HR advice and support to key accounts on various HR topics 
- Ensure active participation to HR Meetings and key account meetings and build up efficient relationships 
- Support the implementation of company‘s culture 
- Contribute to HR projects and tools and ensure their implementation (e.g.: change management project, performance development programs, talent bank, salary review HR KPI’s) 
- Lead welcome sessions for new associates in collaboration with HR teams and key accounts
- Lead recruitment process for temporary and permanent positions in collaboration with line management, HR teams and external partners
- Lead, implement and improve HR processes and ensure integration of information in HR tools
- Perform HR related clerical duties
- Provide professional HR support to associates part of the French legal entity including payroll coordination with external provider
- Ensure that all activities are in line with Environment, Health and Safety principles and company compliance standards

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- University degree or higher education diploma in HR with profound experience in an HR generalist or similar role. Experience in an international environment is recommended 
- Thorough know-how of the Swiss Labour Law.
- Understanding of French Labour Law is an asset 
- Excellent communication skills in German, English and French or any other language is an asset 
- Team player with proven influencing and interpersonal skills 
- Excellent organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset 
- IT literate (MS Office, HR tools) 
- Very high level of confidentiality and discretion 
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressured environment
