-Single point of contact for local HR Business Partners, Recruiters as well as HR Specialists
-Coordinate with local authorities and the business
-Training on permit related topics
-Securing the quality of the permit information in the personnel system
-Obtaining new Swiss residence/work permits for visitors from other affiliates
-Prolonging Swiss residence/work permits for current employees
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Commercial education or equivalent education
-Education as “Personalfachfrau/-mann” is of advantage
-Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
-Profound experience within the HR area
-Experienced and efficient handling of standard IT-applications
-Good knowledge of SAP R/3 HR
-Interest in web design to build up and maintain internal web page
