HR Generalist/HR Business Partner

This is a great opportunity for an HR Generalist to work as part of a dedicated HR team for one of our NHS clients

The role is based approximately 20 miles outside of London and is within walking distance of a well-connected train station.

Due to a secondment our NHS client is looking for an experienced HR Manager/Business Partner to take day to day responsibility for a client group of approximately 350 employees.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager and with 1st line HR support from a shared service centre you will ensure a consistent HR service is provided to this group. This will incorporate such areas as: General advice and guidance, Employee Relations, Sickness and Absence management, some recruitment and ad-hoc project work.

Your stakeholders will be a mixed group and the successful individual should be used to dealing with both intelligent and challenging characters within the NHS, through effective communication, influencing and relationship building skills.

We are looking for demonstrable experience in a similar role, gained within the NHS along with knowledge of ESR and a familiarity with NHS terms and conditions.

You should be available to start this role by 13th of May.
