HR Generalist/Data Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Will assist the HR Department with various projects related to Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety Programs, etc. Will provide direct support to the HR Director. Support the HR Director with various HR Generalist duties ranging from Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety, etc. Will augment the current HR Staff with special projects or peak time of need.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Working with HR and relevant stakeholders to identify business analytics requirements and drive report design/analytics.
- Design, build and automate key HR metrics, measurements and reports in collaboration with HR and relevant stakeholders
- Provide advisory services on types of HR data that can mined and merged
- Respond to Leadership, HR and other user requests for a variety of on-demand human resources reports which may include; employee counts, data for trend analysis, workforce distribution, system audit reports, and other ad hoc requests as needed.
- Support and execute testing of new queries
- Maintain automated report distributions and scheduled reporting runs

SKILLS:

Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field. Must have a minimum of 2-4 years experience in any HR related field based on position.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
This is a hybrid position. As an HR Generalist, the candidate would be expected to do phone screens and testing. A junior level HR Generalist will suffice as the analyst role is the main priority of this position. The candidate will have to have high level Excel/PeopleSoft/PowerPoint skills. Experience with employee data analysis is a must as the position will mostly focus on Data Analytics. Prior experience with Think-Cell is preferred.
