HR Generalist/Business Partner

An excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable HR Generalist to work as Business Partner in a stand alone role based in Guildford, supporting remote Line Managers. You will be involved in all aspects of employee relations by providing support and coaching to Line Managers in remote UK locations. There is the need for occasional travel to Reading on an ad hoc basis, as dictated by the role.

Candidate Skills & Requirements
A minimum of 5 years HR experience is essential
Related degree or CIPD certification
Experience of TUPE, right shoring, data analysis for management reporting
Background within a Matrix organisation
SAP, MS Office incl Excel and Powerpoint
Ability to travel within the UK
