HR Generalist

HR GENERALIST

I am currently looking for a HR Generalist to work based in Netherlands.

The candidate will be required to work in Maastricht for 2 or 3 days a week and Rijen for 2 a 3 days a week.

You will be required to speak Dutch and English fluently.

The contract role will be from January 16th 2017 until half of June 2017.

REQUIREMENTS

- A Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field is required;
- 5 years working experience in an HR generalist function or related;
- Native/fluent Dutch speaker;
- Good verbal
- Willing to travel throughout the Netherlands. You will be working 2 or 3 days a week at the office in Maastricht and 2 or 3 days a week at the office in Rijen (which is the main office of our client in the Netherlands). Travelling to the office in Sliedrecht on an occasional basis might also be needed as requested;
- Profound knowledge of Dutch labor law;
- You are able to work independently;
- Used to work in a highly complex international organization;
- Experienced to work in a technical oriented environment;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel) and SAP is preferred.
