HR Generalist required for a 6 month contract based in Ethiopia. You will attract and develop the best talent in the industry by having a good understanding of local industry and trends. Maintain industrial and employee relations, implement HR processes, tools, people strategies and solutions. You will also ensure compliance and advise supporting Line Mangers and HR BPs on people related challenges.
The ideal candidate would have the following experience
*Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
*Experience in the HR functional area.
*MS Office
* ITM
*Dialog Survey Application
* HRMS
* ONE
