HR Generalist

DESCRIPTION/DUTIES:

- Ethics/harassment investigations
- Numerous employee relations issues
- Labor disputes
- EEOC/IDHR charge investigations and working with our legal team to prepare for resolution
- Step 1, step 2 and step 3 grievance disputes and resolution
- Presenting on performance management, goal setting, employee development and engagement
- Presenting termination cases to our executive team and preparing the documentation
- Potential travel

SKILLS:

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

- The successful individual should have good writing skills and great experience with Excel spreadsheets
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Must have at least 3, preferably 5 years of experience in any HR related field with large companies.
- Looking for someone more on the legal side of HR. Will need to have experience with investigations, employee relations issues and disputes.
