As a HR Generalist, you will be expected to:
- Manage employee relation issues in the UK
- Manage probation review process
- Payroll administration, including auto-enrolment
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a remote audience and senior stakeholder population. You need to exhibit strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a varied and demanding work load. Excellent attention to detail is a critical requirement of the role, as well as the ability to think creatively and act on your own initiative.
Proven background as a HR Manager or HR Advisor in a fast paced and challenging organisation is essential.
