HR Generalist

Our Client a major player in the energy field is looking for a HR Generalist to join the team on a contract basis; the role is based in West London and you will provide client facing HRIM services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To provide client facing HR Information management services
- To be responsible for end to end HRIM operational service delivery for selected businesses
- Develop and manage relationships with other managers
- Responsible for data management and quality for payroll
- The role is approximately 60% Client Relationship and 40% Operational

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Strong client service skills and good relationship building skills
- Experience and understanding of the requirement for alignment of HRIM to the needs of the business
- Knowledge of expatriate tax, policy, technology and process
- Experience of working in challenging operational environments across many locations with multiple lines of authority
- Demonstration of data and payroll accuracy and desire for continuous learning and personal improvement
