My London based, client a leading Global IT Consultancy is looking for a HR Generalist to join them on a 6-12 month maternity cover contract.
ESSENTIAL
- 5+ Years experience in HR role(s) within medium to large companies (ideally blue chip, IT Consultancy etc)
- CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personal Development) certified
- Good rounded experience of HR Policy, Contracts, Recruitment, Strategy, European Law, TUPE, Comps and Bens, Training etc
- Reports into HR Director
- Undertaken project work
- Good business facing skills
- Employment Regulations
The successful candidate must have experience of working in a similar generalist role, be CIPD QUALIFIED and be able to start ASAP. If you have experience with the above, please apply with an updated CV.
