A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR flexible benefits analyst for a global leading HR Consultancy based near Guildford (Surrey) This Flexible benefits Analyst will be joining a highly reputable team where they will be responsible for the configuration and implementation of flexible benefits schemes for their various financial services clients. Within this role you will be involved with data analysis and configuration of the front end of the flexible benefits system being responsible for building the data interfaces to run the various flexible benefits schemes. You will be responsible for analyzing data provided by clients to ensure it is clean and to validate the data against payroll data sets and to ensure the oval data flows within the flex benefits systems and payroll systems align. This is an excellent role for someone wanting to take individual ownership over a number of flexible benefits systems and who has a keen eye for data and data configuration. To be considered for this role, the right candidate must have very analytical in their approach and have experience of working with either payroll or flexible benefits systems.
